Michelin Guide: a no-risk track record

ANALYSIS - Bibendum has crowned only one new 3-star, La Marine by Alexandre Couillon, in Noirmoutier, during its big rout organized in Strasbourg.


They came, they are (almost) all there, the stars of Europe, invited to Strasbourg on Monday by the Michelin Guide to hear the proclamation of the 2023 winners. A tide of white jackets took possession of the Palais des Congrès et de la Musique .
