Suddenly his car was gone: The Ottobrunn ice cream parlor boss Cristano Visentin then went on his own to search for his stolen VW.
And he finds it.
But who is behind the theft?
Hohenbrunn
– shock in the morning: When Cristano Visentin wants to drive away his car, which is actually always parked in front of the garage, around 7.30 a.m. on February 19, he experiences a nasty surprise: There is nothing to drive away, the car is gone.
Visentin lives with his family in Hohenbrunn and runs the "Cremagelato" ice cream parlor in Ottobrunn.
He immediately lodges a complaint with the Ottobrunn Police Station because he really wants his VW Fox, registered in May 2018, back.
Particularly annoying for him: "The car was serviced last year to the value of around 2,000 euros," says Visentin.

"It must have been teenagers," Cristano Visentin suspects.

Car owner has a guess
He just doesn't want to wait.
Visentin thinks: Who steals such a small car?
"It must have been young people who just wanted to have fun." He suspects: "The car was probably left behind around here." Visentin sets off and actually finds his car, quite battered, on a forest road in an adjacent field between Kirchstockacherweg and the Rockerstieg, easily accessible on foot from the Luitpoldsiedlung.
"The car is currently with the police."

The rear of the VW Fox is also dented.
The police are currently examining the car.

BMW crashes into ice cream shop
In general, Cristano Visentin had bad experiences with cars last summer when a BMW crashed into the terrace of his ice cream parlor "Cremagelato": The car, rear first, shot just past a tree, clearing three benches and two flower pots and hit the ice cream parlor window.
It jumped but didn't break.
Luckily it was already closed and there were no passers-by in the BMW's trajectory.
Still a shock for Visentin.
He probably won't have the stolen VW repaired anymore.
"I love this car, but it's probably not worth it anymore."
