The ranking was produced by Reddit based on thousands of posts - as part of the ranking, every post that referred to 'attractive', 'sexy', ' beautiful', 'handsome', 'amazing', 'good looking', 'beautiful' and 'hot', combined with the name of the country. From here a score is weighted using the number of posts, and the comments and upvotes. According to this study, the Japanese are the fourth most attractive nation
, Canadians are fifth best-looking and Brazilians sixth. The rest of the top ten is made up of France (seventh), Italy (eighth), Ukraine (ninth) and Denmark (tenth). Britain narrowly misses the top ten - coming in at number 12 (although the study found that British men are considered the most attractive), and Israel, if you were wondering - in 18th place.
