Today (7th) at around 2 a.m., a 37-year-old woman fell into the sea at the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui after she had a dispute with her husband on the phone. Fortunately, two young men jumped into the sea to save them. The ambulance was sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment; one of the rescuers suffered minor hand injuries and also needed to be sent to the hospital.
The female victim said afterwards that she accidentally fell into the sea when she was drunk while drinking alone by the beach. The police are now investigating the incident.

According to news from the scene, there were 4 young people chatting by the sea at that time, during which the female victim wandered alone, and soon borrowed a mobile phone from them to call her husband, and said a suspected "goodbye" speech during the conversation.
Several young people then offered good words of comfort, but the female victim replied lonely, "Let me calm down!" She fell into the sea after a few minutes.
One of the youths in black shirts saw this, and immediately jumped into the sea to rescue him; at the same time, another group of youths nearby witnessed the incident, and one of them also jumped into the sea to save others. Afterwards, the young man in black shirt was sent to the hospital with minor injuries to his hand. His friends cheered his "heroic deeds"; another "saving hero" Mr. Chen (20 years old) who was studying in a tertiary institution did not need to be sent to the hospital. He recalled that he was chatting with two friends by the sea at that time, during which time he heard a "wow".
