First publication: Yehuda Nahari's defamation lawsuit against the show "Arab Tov with Guy Pines" was rejected outright and the actor was ordered to pay Pines' legal fees.
About a year ago, Nahari announced that he was suing Pines because of an advertisement on the show's Instagram page.
Pines, through lawyer Uri Best from the Rheingold Best firm, claimed in the defense that there was no basis for the lawsuit.

Magistrate's Court Judge Ilan Ronan accepted their argument that the publication was not defamatory and Nahari (who did not appear at all for the hearing) withdrew the lawsuit following his recommendation, and was also charged with court costs.
As you may recall, last year Yehuda Nahari filed a lawsuit for half a million shekels against Guy Pines and Keshet - this was learned by "Israel Hayom" at the time.
Shortly after the publication of the actor's complaints against Asi Ezer for sexual harassment, it was reported on the "Arab Tov" Instagram page about Nahari's casting for a new series in Khan 11. According to him, the report on the new role he received and published close to the allegations against Asi Ezer was intended to link and connect the events , even though it was actually cast a month and a half before.

"Mr. Guy Pines harmed his good name and defamed Nahari through Instagram, and thus harmed his good name by biasing the public, distorting reality, and giving a false representation that the plaintiff received a position following his words against Mr. Asi Ezer. This publication is false and offensive. There is no way to express the The deep shock from the serious actions of Pines to produce a cheap item at the plaintiff's expense", according to the wording of the lawsuit filed at the time by attorney Oded Hochhauser on behalf of Nahari.
"The harm due to the publication of defamatory words is serious and may intensify in the future and cause the plaintiff mental, financial and image damages. The plaintiff was hurt to the depths of his soul. He and his family members suffered great mental anguish," the lawsuit filed last year further states.
