After the threats to the family of Lionel Messi and the people this Monday, President Alberto Fernández announced a series of measures for the growing drug violence in Rosario that includes reinforcement of federal forces and the presence of the Army in popular neighborhoods.
"Rosario needs us, I know that her security forces are insufficient," the president began his message.
