UN: The Ortega government ordered crimes against humanity in Nicaragua 7:40

The Minister of the Interior of Nicaragua, María Amelia Coronel, approved this Monday the cancellation of the legal personality of 18 business chambers grouped in the Superior Council of Private Enterprise (Cosep) and also the cancellation of the Mining Chamber Association from Nicaragua (Caminic).
According to the resolution, which was published this Monday in La Gaceta —Official Gazette of the Nicaraguan Government— these organizations were canceled for allegedly "being in breach of the law and not promoting transparency policies in the administration of funds, ignoring the execution of their projects and if they were in accordance with their objectives”.
The resolution adds that these chambers have unjustified variations in accounts, and did not report details of income and expenses.

In addition, the document explains that, with regard to the liquidation of goods and assets, "the provisions of Law number 1,115 and its reform will be applied."
That is, it will become the property of the State.
Some of the affected associations that are part of Cosep are the Nicaraguan Association of the Textile and Clothing Industry (Anitec), the Nicaraguan National Chamber of Tourism (Canatur), the Nicaraguan Energy Chamber (CEN), and the Chamber of Industry from Nicaragua (Cadin).

Also the Nicaraguan Chamber of Construction, the Nicaraguan Chamber of Fisheries Association (Capenic), the Nicaraguan Coffee Exporters Association (Excan), and the Nicaraguan Association of Pharmaceutical Products Distributors (Andiprofa), among others.

Lucy Valenti, former president of Canatur and former member of the board of directors of Cosep, told the Nicaraguan media outlet 100% Noticias on Monday that it was a planned decision.
"It is part of the process of radicalization of a regime that feels cornered and takes measures, for me, desperate."
CNN requested a reaction from Cadin and CEN on the government's decision to cancel their organizations, but has not yet received a response.
