A 22-year-old man, who was pointed out by various testimonies as one of the
possible hit men
who attacked a group of children on Sunday morning and caused the death of Máximo Jerez, 12, was arrested on Tuesday at afternoon in the Empalme Graneros neighborhood, in the north of Rosario.
The local Public Prosecutor's Office (MPA) also confirmed two other arrests, so there are already six people who could be charged with the minor's crime.

The 22-year-old boy arrested this Tuesday was captured in the vicinity of Campbell and Sorrento, an area close to where the attack last Sunday took place, in which three children aged 2 and 13 who were recovering from their injuries were also injured.
The Justice ordered raids in the area as part of the measures of the last hours and that on Monday night had ended with the
arrest of two men aged 22 and 30, a 50-year-old woman,
and a car that could be the one used in the shooting.
It is not yet clear if these three people would have a direct link to the crime.
The attack, according to the theory of the prosecutor investigating the case, occurred as part of a dispute between two drug gangs.
The fourth detainee, who is suspected of having participated in the murder of Máximo, was walking down the street when he was approached by the police.
He was referred to the 12th police station along with another 30-year-old man who accompanied him.
Later, the arrest of a third party, the sixth arrested so far for the case, was known.
Prosecutor Adrián Spelta assured that he would await the imputed hearing, which in principle would be held on Friday, to detail the role played by the people detained so far.

A day later, the episode provoked a populated area in which relatives of the murdered boy and neighbors participated, who attacked the drug bunkers in the area.
As a consequence of that, hours later they began to receive threats.
