The City government claimed before the Supreme Court of Justice
that the Banco Nación account be seized
in claim of
a debt of 44,000 million pesos
for the new percentage of co-participating funds ordered by the highest court last December.
Until now, the Government has refused to transfer that amount in cash and offers a bonus that rejects the management of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta.
As Clarín
was able to confirm
, the Attorney General of the City, Gabriel Astarloa, made the presentation before the Supreme Court expanding on an already denounced proposal: the non-compliance by the Government of Alberto Fernández in the face of a ruling by the highest court that demanded that it begin to pay 2.95% of coparticipating funds and not the 1.4% that the President modified in September 2020.
Given the ruling that the ministers of the Court voted unanimously, the Casa Rosada launched a strong onslaught that led to a
request for impeachment against the highest court
.
The concepts were taken up again in a harsh speech last week by Alberto Fernández at the inauguration of the legislative assembly.
Faced with a
new breach by the Executive Power of the decision
, the Larreta administration advanced with a
new presentation before the Court
.
"We see ourselves in the need to reiterate the terms of the previous presentations and expand the complaint of non-compliance," says the letter to which Clarín agreed.
As the national government continues to deposit 1.4% to date
, the Buenos Aires administration claims only for this new percentage, a debt of 44,000 million pesos.
Before that date, "it is appropriate
to highlight a new breach
. Not only is the ordered measure not complied with, but the National Treasury has not transferred the proportional corresponding to the period between December 1 to 21, 2022, as planned in article 3 of Law No. 27,606, thus failing to comply with the payment provided by rule of the letter of the norm," said the Attorney General.
Given this conduct, the presentation maintains, "it only persists in the breach of the precautionary resolution, but also partially interprets and applies it," it.
For this reason,
it was formally requested that the Banco Nación account be seized
, the entity responsible for making the funds corresponding to the Co-participation to all the Districts on a daily basis.
