Today is the 67th day of the year, it's International Women's Rights Day.
We celebrate Jean-de-Dieu.
Born in Montemor-O-Novo (Portugal) in 1495, Jean-de-Dieu died in Granada (Spain) on March 8, 1550. A former libertine, he decided one day to dedicate himself to those who suffered, by building hospitals.
Thus was born the Congregation of the Brothers of Saint John of God.
On the weather side, we expect snow in the North, and still mild weather in the South.
The sun rises two minutes earlier, at 7:21 a.m., and will set one minute later, at 6:43 p.m.
