The juvenile court convicted a 21-year-old Geretsrieder of child pornography.

The lawyer accused the 21-year-old Geretsrieder on the chair next to him of juvenile carelessness because in May 2021 he had made a video file with child pornographic content available to an indefinite number of other users via the Kik messenger service for download.
After the police searched his apartment, he "quickly realized that it was crap".
The acquisition, possession and distribution of child pornography was the most serious of four crimes that the prosecutor accused the accused of.
In addition, there was possession of a video file with youth pornographic content, property damage - the young worker had destroyed a paper towel holder and a garbage can at McDonald's - and possession of one gram of amphetamine.

Defense attorney Stevan Krnjaic confirmed that it was correct that the drug was found on his client.
"But he doesn't consume, it was leftovers from a friend who lived with him for a while." He also acknowledged the fast food thing.
At that time, the adolescent was heavily intoxicated and "in an exceptional situation" because of private problems.
He apologized to the restaurant operator and paid the damage of around 500 euros.
Therefore, the judge closed the proceedings on this point with the consent of all those involved in the proceedings.
Defendant gets away with fine for child pornography date
The prosecutor made it very clear to the young man that he was lucky to get away with a fine because of the child pornography file.
“In adult criminal law, there is at least a year in prison for this, even if you only have one picture on your cell phone,” the prosecutor pointed out to the criminal law, which was tightened on July 1, 2021.
Since then, acquiring, possessing and distributing child pornography has been considered a crime. Until then, it was only an offense with a minimum sentence of three months.
"I'm really sorry.
That was shit what I did there,” the accused said remorsefully.
"He probably needed such an examination, such a blow to the head, to realize that," his defense attorney added.
Judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund credited the accused with the fact that he had been "extremely cooperative" throughout the entire process, had immediately submitted a DNA sample and had taken part in identification measures.
She sentenced the Geretsrieder to a fine of 1,200 euros, payable to the child protection agency, and ordered a drug screening.
"Just to test whether you were telling the truth." In her verdict, Kirschstein-Freund stressed: "Young recklessness – I can't hear that anymore.
It has been clear to everyone for years what crimes are being committed against the children.”
