people were killed in a shootout on Thursday evening in Hamburg, a port metropolis in northern Germany, several German media claim, citing police sources.
According to several media, at least six people were killed.
“A major police intervention is currently taking place in Alsterdorf”,
a district in the north of the city, simply confirmed on Twitter the police of Hamburg (north-west).
The shots were reportedly fired in a church.
