After the testimony of 85 witnesses -55 of which were proposed by the magistrate's defense, headed by the lawyer Diego Raidán-, the jury defined the dismissal and disqualification of the magistrate.

The decision adopted in the courts of the city of La Plata, was read by the Secretary of the Permanent Commission, Ulises Giménez, after a request from Judge Hilda Kogan who presided in court.
