-What proposals do you make to the field?
Vidal: The field today has three problems.
tax, because withholdings do not exist in other countries of the world, they must be eliminated.
We propose to phase them out, starting at zero for regional economies from day one.
Secondly, there is no development possible with so many different types of changes.
We need to go for a unification of the exchange rate, so that the field is competitive and bet on doubling exports in no more than six years.
And finally we have to make an investment in infrastructure, which began during our government.
Ritondo: In the province of Buenos Aires, the accompaniment for artificial irrigation must gradually increase, with lower taxes for those who do it on their own initiative or credits from Banco Provincia, to accompany them and anticipate cycles like this, of drought, as well as Eliminate the complementary rural tax.
In addition, return to infrastructure work, rural roads, to give the countryside a greater capacity to extract what it produces and accompany it with the Rural Police, which in our administration multiplied it by three, we started with 800 men and women and ended with 2,400 in the Rural Police, which gave the people of the countryside a lot of effectiveness.

Vidal: We are going to see ministers walking around Expoagro, but at the moment of reality, Kirchnerism has always declared the countryside its enemy, from 125 to here.
What is the concrete support that the Government gives to the countryside in the drought?
They are leaving them alone, at a very hard time.
Despite the fact that this Expoagro continues, there are many producers throughout the country who are alone.
It is not enough with the speeches, nor with coming to the inaugurations, nor with saying that dichotomies must be eliminated.
Kirchnerism had this discourse many times, generally during the electoral campaign, and then when the campaign is over, the countryside becomes the enemy again, meat exports are cut off, cattle are lost.
How many times have we experienced it in Argentina?
The policies are then the same again, with the extraordinary income,
Ritondo: The Government has always chosen as its enemy not only the countryside, but also the big companies, those that produce in Argentina.
You have increased or created 27 taxes.
There are a lot of dollars.
And the countryside is the one that suffers the most, because that devalued dollar has a lot of withholdings.
We must think of a scheme where they go down as we find fiscal balance.
The possibility that we are evaluating from the province of Buenos Aires, from the government of María Eugenia onwards, of making production grow at 8% per year is a bet that we have to have and must be accompanied by the State.
The Kicillof government is not going to do it, nor is the national government.
And I believe that from December 10 we will be able to build a different Argentina, together with the countryside, with a look at the world again,
