A stone's throw from the famous Place Stanislas, number 17 rue Gustave-Simon is a popular address for locals.
The cuisine of the Inevitable was renowned there.
That of the Éliceur, opened in the fall of 2021 by Georges Mercier and Marcin Niewiadomski, is just as important.
The two men also officiate in two other restaurants in the city: La Toq and Le Coq en fer.
We appreciate the delicate decoration of the room all in a row with its large black bench and its duck blue tones.
