On a weekend in mid-February, two burglaries in a row made sad headlines.

The officials had to report a heavy damage balance at the time: smashed windows and doors, overturned and demolished sofas and chairs, broken cupboards, the contents scattered chaotically, destroyed electrical appliances.

Bottom line: There was practically no sheet of paper left on the other, the underage perpetrators proceeded so thoroughly in their destructiveness.

Vandalism in the school: House searches in Vaterstetten - cell phones confiscated

The police reacted correspondingly violently when the indications of the alleged perpetrators increased.

On Friday morning, March 10, officers said they searched several apartments in Vaterstetten and the surrounding towns.

They seized the young people's smartphones and other evidence.

All suspects were arrested and taken to the police station.

However, the young people were released again “after the necessary measures had been taken”.

The vandal troop now has to face criminal proceedings for damaging property and trespassing.

The mobile phone data is currently being evaluated, evidence is being secured and further interrogations are being carried out, according to an inspection spokesman.

It's not just material damage that the four or five perpetrators have caused.

The reputation of the whole school and the atmosphere there suffer from the freaking out of these few.
