It's a shame it doesn't bother anyone."

In the video: the residents of Beitar Illit were told to shut themselves in their houses: "There is a fear that a terrorist is walking around the city" (Walla system!)

The day after the attempted bomb attack on the bus in Beitar Illit, the residents of the city left their homes this morning (Friday) after a tense night in which they were asked to lock themselves in their homes due to the suspicion that the terrorist who is roaming around the city.

The event is still felt in the air, and the traffic on the streets is relatively thin compared to Fridays.

"Perhaps people were not informed that it was possible to leave the house and the fear was removed," says Menachem, a resident of the city, in a conversation with Walla!, recalling the tense moments.

"My wife and I went to a restaurant in Jerusalem and I left the girls with the babysitter. Around 9:30 p.m. I received a message that there was a suspected fence breach and a terrorist in the city. I called the babysitter and asked her to close the door."

"It is very stressful and there is no doubt that there was a great miracle here," added Menachem and the warning.

"I'm sure the terrorist fled from here to the nearby village and today there is no problem doing that, everything is hacked. The security at the entrances to the city is very partial, any Arab Sheba can enter the city without a problem and it's really not surprising that he arrived by bus.

The definitions here aren't anything either, the municipality is simply not functioning."

Ayla, who lives near the station where the bus stopped where the cargo was located, said that "at first we thought it was a fire, it happens quite often.

But as soon as a saboteur arrived and started checking it, we realized it was more serious." "Suddenly he shouted to everyone to stay away and we realized there was a bomb here," she recalls. "One of the children who was traveling on the bus told us that he heard the saboteur asking time and time again if we had reached Beitar.

Apparently he planned to operate it in the city."

Shmuel, a resident of the city for more than 20 years, claims that the writing was on the wall.

"Any Palestinian can enter and leave the city without hindrance. Even those who do not have a permit. The problem is that there is no reference to this, neither from the municipality nor from the residents, it probably does not bother anyone, except that now everyone will talk and make promises, but in the end they will blame it on budget matters ".
