The little Beagle came to Germany from abroad.

The previous owners treated him badly, eventually Monty ended up in the shelter - and is now looking for a new home.

Nuremberg – According to animal rights activists, the three-year-old Beagle Monty was originally brought from abroad.

"Unfortunately, his owners didn't treat him very well and beat him."

It was lucky that he was handed over to the Nuremberg animal shelter.

The male is now waiting there for a new home.

Surname:

Monty

Race:

beagle mix

Age:

3 years

Gender:

Male, neutered

Dog Monty ends up in shelter: "He didn't have much training"

The four-legged friend did not enjoy much education from his previous owners.

He is very "spirited, impatient and playful" and therefore likes to communicate loudly.

He still has to learn to calm down and not comment on everything.

He likes bitches, he reacts differently to men.

He has probably learned to stay alone, the animal rights activists are looking for people who already have experience with dogs for the four-legged friends.

This is important because he tends to "snap" from time to time, for example when unleashing.

The animal rights activists suspect that Monty is acting this way because of his bad past.

"Children in the new home should therefore already be in their teens."

Who gives Monty a loving home?

The shelter is urgently looking for a new home for the beagle mix: "Who will give him a home where he can lovingly but consistently get to know a beautiful dog life?" Under the shelter's Facebook call, users keep their fingers crossed for Monty that he will soon find a new one family finds.

A user complains about her lack of understanding of the previous owners, she thinks you have to "hold such people responsible".

Happy ending: These dogs found a new home

Not only Monty sits in the Nuremberg animal shelter and hopes for new owners.

Even herding dog mix Bronco, who has lost everything, needs a new home.

So is the clumsy mongrel Sid, who was named after the Ice Age sloth.
