Elisa Carrió expanded her complaint about the alleged "complicity" of Aníbal Fernández with drug trafficking

He did so in a report that he presented to Congress on his denunciations on the subject of the last 20 years. The Minister of Security said that he was never charged by the Justice for this matter and that "one gets tired of so much garbage."

The leader of the Civic Coalition, Elisa Carrió, had a report presented this week in the Chamber of Deputies that outlines twenty complaints of collusion between security forces, judges and drug traffickers and expanded her historical suspicions of complicity or indifference about drug trafficking against

the Security Minister, Aníbal Fernández.

The deputy of the CC, Mónica Frade, took advantage of the interpellation of Aníbal last Thursday in the Chamber of Deputies and asked him why "recurrently people linked to drug trafficking mention you that 20 years ago you held ministries such as Security and Justice"

and

controlled the five federal security forces.

The interpellation took place after Messi's family in Rosario was threatened and there was a town in another town in Santa Fe due to the advance of drug trafficking.

"I'm not calm, you are part of the problem and you just said that the drug traffickers won the battle," Frade snapped at Aníbal in one of the most

tense

moments of Thursday's meeting at the Security Commission.

Carrió and Aníbal maintain

a hard fight that even faced them in several criminal trials.

Aníbal replied to Frade that “

I have been wronged one hundred and fifty times

.

They said that I murdered and trafficked drugs but trials were made in those cases in which

I never appeared

”.

“One gets tired of so much garbage,”

added Aníbal, who had been attributed to being, for example, “the walrus” in the General Rodríguez Triple Crime case, but it was never proven in court.

Clarín

called a spokesman for Aníbal yesterday about Carrió's report but until the closing of this note he had not received a response.

Frade also asked him about the four Shaldag-brand Israeli patrol boats that former Security Minister Patricia Bullrich bought from Israel for the Prefecture.

The minister replied that "the boats they bought

are crap

because they are not good for navigating the river or the sea."

“The people of Israel came to ask us that they wanted to collect.

But they are thrown in the river, in Misiones.

We told them to

take them away

, ”Fernández revealed and recalled that there is a complaint from the Anti-Corruption Office in this regard.

Carrió, through his deputy Mónica Frade, sent this report to the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Cecilia Moreau, and to the heads of the Internal Security commission, Ramiro Gutiérrez, and to the Prevention of Addictions and Control of Drug Trafficking, Federico Angelini .

It is a synthesis of the actions carried out by Carrió,

during the last twenty years.

The report maintains that “vast sectors of politics

are accomplices

in the growth of drug trafficking in Argentina.

This is undeniable today, as well as the society with segments of the judiciary and the security forces”.

"It worsens the picture that the solution has been deposited today,

in the hands of one of the most suspected of this complicity

, such as the Minister of Security Aníbal Fernández."

Carrió proposed that the Internal Security and Addictions and Drug Trafficking Commissions of Deputies

settle in Rosario

to make direct contact with relatives who are victims of hitmen, judicial officials and members of the security forces.

In the report, Carrió affirmed that Aníbal "has had and still has in his hands, not only the most sensitive information, but all the mechanisms at his disposal for the design of a public policy

that

stops a phenomenon that claims lives every day, at unprecedented rates.

The Minister of Security "is known for numerous statements that

contradict each other

: that insecurity is a sensation, that we are a country of transit, not of consumption, that there are no cartels, that they will fight the cartels, that the issue has no solution, etc".

He assured that a political relative of Aníbal "gave details to half the National Cabinet

about the names of members of the security and judicial forces, involved in drug trafficking

."

From Carrió's investigations in these 20 years, at least two conclusions can be reached.

The first is that "the phenomenon of drug trafficking and its exponential growth has been the result of

the indifference and/or complicity of sectors

that have been dominating politics for these twenty years, and that, associated with sectors of the security and judicial forces, have has

financed

with this activity”, assured Frade.

These complicities are added “to historical provincial fiefdoms such as those of

Chaco, Formosa and Santiago del Estero

;

parties of the Province of Buenos Aires such as San Martín, Moreno, Pergamino, Marcos Paz, Quilmes.

Florencio Varela;

that account for this alliance”.

The report recalled the lawsuit that former president Eduardo Duhalde filed against Carrió in

2007

when he warned about the advance of drug trafficking in Greater Buenos Aires.

The following year, the leader of the CC-ARI, as a deputy,

asked the National Minister of Justice, Security and Human Rights, Aníbal Fernández, to question

the national policy to combat drug trafficking and organized crime.

In 2009, he presented

a report

titled “DRUG TRAFFICKING AND ORGANIZED CRIME, GOVERNMENTAL, POLITICAL AND COMMERCIAL LINKS”, together with deputies Paula Oliveto and Juan Carlos Morán.

In 2010, he filed a request for impeachment against Aníbal Fernández "for his responsibility in the operation of

SEDRONAR and RENAR

and his links to the Triple Crime of General Rodríguez."

In a case opened before former judge Norberto Oyarbide, he denounced Aníbal for the possible commission of the crimes "

abuse of authority

, breach of the duties of a public official and cover-up for his links to the triple crime of General Rodríguez".

On the other hand, Carrió presented the following criminal complaints:

1- Expansion of the complaint before Judge Servini de Cubría, requesting an investigation into the alleged participation of the Chief of Staff Aníbal Domingo Fernández, in the illicit trafficking of ephedrine.

2- Year 2010, request

for impeachment of the San Isidro prosecutor, Claudio Scapolan, for his ties to drug trafficking

.

3- Year 2010, request for Impeachment to the

Attorney General of the Judicial Department of San Isidro, Julio Novo.

4- Year 2016, denounces, among others, the accountant Lucas Ganceraín “the greatest and permanent collaborator of Aníbal Fernández.

Petition to investigate the link and / or participation of him in issues of smuggling and trafficking of illegal substances through the Waterway.

5- Expansion denounces Aníbal Domingo Fernández for alleged illicit enrichment.
