The security forces arrested this morning (Saturday) the terrorist who was suspected of placing the cargo on a bus in Beitar Illit last Thursday. The fighters arrested four other people on suspicion of helping him, and confiscated a vehicle that they suspected was used in placing the cargo. The detainees were transferred for further investigation by the Shin Bet, there was no report on casualties.
The suspects were arrested in a joint operation by the IDF, the Shin Bet and the Israel Police.
The terrorist was arrested in the village of Batir in the Judean Mountains, following targeted intelligence from the Shin Bet.
