Sunday March 12th

Penzberg – Traffic accident with property damage

: On Saturday, March 11, around 7 p.m., an 80-year-old from the northern district of Weilheim-Schongau drove his car along Seeshaupter Straße in the direction of Iffeldorf.

Weilheim – battle of words ends in a fight:

He obviously overlooked the right-of-way car of a 66-year-old woman from Schongau who was traveling on Marktoberdorfer Straße.

The 66-year-old suffered minor injuries in the collision.

The property damage to the two vehicles amounts to around 10,000 euros.

Weilheim – Money stolen from pants that were briefly left in the changing room:

Already on Tuesday, February 28, at 7 p.m., a 42-year-old woman from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district was the victim of a theft.

At the time of the crime, the victim was in a clothing store on Kaltenmoser Strasse in Weilheim trying on new trousers.

Her own trousers with the purse in them lay undressed in the changing room.

She only left the changing room for a short time while around 50 euros were stolen from her purse by an as yet unknown perpetrator.

The Weilheim police will take information about the perpetrator on 0881/640-0.

Peißenberg - Outside mirror damaged and fled:

During the crime period from February 28, 11 p.m. to March 1, 1:30 p.m., the left outside mirror of the car of a 23-year-old woman from Peißenberg was damaged.

Her car was properly parked in a parking bay on Ludwigstrasse in Peißenberg.

The damage caused is estimated at around 500 euros.

Witnesses are asked to contact the Weilheim police on 0881/640-0.

Weilheim – Traffic accident “right before left”:

On March 2nd at around 9 a.m., a 21-year-old from the Starnberg district drove his car along the Zugspitzstrasse in Weilheim.

He then turned left into Prälatenweg and failed to see a 34-year-old from Polling coming from the right, who was driving her car there.

The two vehicles collided in the junction area.

Nobody got hurt.

There was total damage of around 8,000 euros.

A traffic offense procedure was initiated against the person responsible for the accident.

Thursday March 2nd

Pöcking - Schwangere Frau aus Polling bei Unfall verletzt: Mit schweren Verletzungen musste eine Autofahrerin nach einem Verkehrsunfall auf der B2 Höhe Pöcking ins Krankenhaus gebracht werden. Zuvor war ein entgegenkommender Autofahrer frontal in ihr Fahrzeug geprallt.

Die 29-jährige aus Polling fuhr gegen 11.45 Uhr mit ihrem Citroen von Starnberg kommend in Richtung Süden. Zwischen dem Maxhof-Kreisverkehr und der Ausfahrt Pöcking-Nord geriet aus noch ungeklärter Ursache ein 79-jähriger Gilchinger, der mit seinem BMW X3 in Richtung Starnberg fuhr, auf die Gegenfahrbahn. Ein vor der Pollingerin fahrender 61-Jähriger, ebenfalls aus Gilching, konnte noch so weit ausweichen, dass der X3 nur den Außenspiegel seines Mitsubishi touchierte. Anschließend traf der BMW den Citroen der 29-Jährigen frontal. Beide Fahrzeuge wurden auf den parallel zur Bundesstraße verlaufenden Weg geschleudert und kamen in einer Entfernung von über 30 Meter zueinander zum Liegen. Der BMW-Fahrer wurde mit Schürfwunden und Nackenschmerzen zur genaueren Abklärung leicht verletzt ins Klinikum gebracht.

Bei der Citroen-Fahrerin bestand der Verdacht eines Beckenbruchs, was aufgrund der bestehenden Schwangerschaft bei den Einsatzkräften größere Befürchtungen hervorrief. Die weiteren Untersuchungen konnten diesen Verdacht nicht bestätigen, die 29-Jährige erlitt jedoch eine Vielzahl von Prellungen. Ihr ungeborenes Kind dürfte nach derzeitiger Einschätzung keine Schäden davon getragen haben. Die beiden Fahrzeuge wurden total beschädigt und mussten abgeschleppt werden. Während der Unfallaufnahme war die Bundesstraße bis ca. 13.30 Uhr gesperrt. Sperrung und Reinigung der Fahrbahn übernahmen die Feuerwehren aus Pöcking und Maising.

Peiting - Jugendliche versuchen einen Motorroller zu entwenden: Am Mittwoch, 1. März, beobachtete gegen 17:10 Uhr ein Zeuge drei Jugendliche, die in Peiting in der Kapellenstraße versuchten, einen dort seit längerer Zeit abgestellten Roller zu entwenden. Mittels eines Schraubendrehers versuchen sie, das Schloss aufzustechen. Nachdem dies offensichtlich nicht gelang, stiegen sie in einen Zug Richtung Weilheim ein. In Hohenpeißenberg konnten dann die Jugendlichen, die alle aus dem Altlandkreis Schongau stammten, kontrolliert werden. Nach Aufnahme ihrer Personalien und des Sachverhalts wurden sie an ihre Eltern übergeben. Am Roller entstand lediglich ein geringer Sachschaden.

Burggen - Mit Auto durch die Luft geschleudert: Eine 38-jährige Altenstadterin fuhr am Mittwoch, 1. März, mit ihrem Pkw von Burggen in Richtung Bernbeuren. Dabei kam sie offensichtlich mit deutlich überhöhter Geschwindigkeit nach rechts aufs Bankett, überfuhr einen Leitpfosten, konnte ihren Pkw zurück auf die Fahrbahn lenken, bevor sie erneut nach rechts ins Bankett kam. Das Fahrzeug kam von der Fahrbahn ab, prallte auf eine querverlaufende flache Rampe, hob daraufhin vom Boden ab und riss auf einer Höhe von etwa 1,20 Meter einen Baum um. Nach circa 18 Meter prallte der Pkw wieder auf den Boden, beschädigte einen Pferdezaun, riss einen Telefonverteilerkasten um und kam anschließend an einem weiteren Baum zum Stehen. Die Fahrerin wurde vorsorglich zur Untersuchung in ein Krankenhaus eingeliefert.

Mittwoch, 1. März

Peißenberg - Pferdeschweif gekürzt: In der Nacht vom 27. auf den 28. Februar verschaffte sich ein unbekannter Täter Zutritt zu den Stallungen in Peißenberg im Ortsteil Strallen. Der Täter ging in eine Pferdebox und kürzte dem Pferd den Schweif um etwa 30 Zentimeter. Die abgeschnittenen Haare behielt er im Anschluss ein. Sachdienliche Hinweise zum unbekannten Täter werden bei der PI Weilheim (0881/640-0) entgegengenommen.

Peißenberg - Pollinger will abbiegen, Autofahrerin fährt auf: Am Dienstagnachmittag, 28. Februar, fuhr ein 61-jähriger Pollinger von der Staatstraße bei Peißenberg (Höhe Guggenbergtunnel) ab, um in die B 472 in Richtung Huglfing einzubiegen. Er bremste dabei sein Fahrzeug im Einmündungsbereich ab. Die folgende 19-jährige Peißenbergerin erkannte dies zu spät und fuhr auf den Vordermann auf. Die Unfallbeteiligten blieben unverletzt. Der Gesamtschaden beläuft sich auf etwa 3500 Euro.

Weilheim – Shoplifting:

The branch manager of the Edeka market in Weilheim observed two people putting beverage cans in their jacket pockets.

When they left the checkout area without paying for the goods, he spoke to them, whereupon one of the two perpetrators fled.

The fleeing perpetrator, an 18-year-old from Weilheim, was identified by the police while the complaint was still being recorded.
