The objective is clear: to accelerate the revival of nuclear power and the construction of new reactors without compromising on safety, in line with the commitments of the President of the Republic in Belfort.

Concretely, work that does not concern the nuclear island can begin earlier, a year or two in advance.

As in other sectors, we have for years over-added administrative constraints and legal standards.

It is time to give ourselves the means of our ambitions.

This text is also a strong message.

Finally, we are removing the ceiling which limits the share of nuclear power to 50% in the electricity mix, introduced by François Hollande, the first president to question this national flagship.
