Will the pension reform succeed in uniting the opposition?
Invited this Sunday on France Inter, the boss of the National Rally (RN) mentioned
“discussions
” in the National Assembly on a possible motion of censure common to the oppositions.
If he chose to use article 49.3 on his pension reform,
"the government has a chance of falling
," said Jordan Bardella.
The RN has already tabled motions of censure but which have never been voted on by the other groups.
The hypothesis of a transpartisan agreement would be
“in the interest of all French people”
, he declared.
Especially since without a majority at the Palais Bourbon,
"this reform has no guarantee of passing"
, recalled Jordan Bardella.
To snatch a majority, the presidential camp must find around forty auxiliary votes, in particular from Les Républicains (LR).
After a seventh day of union mobilization, Saturday, the head of the RN also hammered home the
“need”
to
“protest”.
Jordan Bardella never took to the streets himself, but always gave his support to protests.
