The health crisis has done nothing about it, on the contrary, when it comes to setting up offices in Île-de-France, it is Paris that attracts the most.
Take-up in the capital weighed more than 980,000 m2 out of a total of 2.1 million square meters, in 2022, according to Savills.
"Over the past two years, there has been a premium for quality and centrality and it is Paris that has benefited from it, in particular the central business district", underlines Bertrand Renaudeau d'Arc, office director at Savills

But, if the desire for Paris is there, the offer is structurally too weak and the prices fly away, being able to approach 1000 euros per square meter per year in the best sectors.
