They graze the walls at the National Assembly.
The LR deputies, hesitating to vote for the pension reform project, have been the target, for several weeks, of multiple requests.
From their own group, first, who would like to bring them back on the right track and force them to follow the voting instructions.
From the majority, then, which needs the voices of right-wing parliamentarians and urges them to show “
coherence
”.
And of the National Rally, finally, which would like to reinforce them in their choice, and thus see the ranks of the opposition in the National Assembly grow.
Because it is indeed on the vote of the LR deputies that the adoption, or not, of the pension reform depends, if indeed the text is the subject of a vote at the Palais Bourbon.
Examined in a joint committee on Wednesday, the project will make its big comeback to the Assembly on Thursday March 16.
Until then, there is still time for sharpening strategies, and sharpening weapons.
On the RN side, therefore, we are increasing the pressure.
