A deputy K admitted that the main objective of the summons to Carlos Stornelli is to annul the Cuadernos case

Rodolfo Tailhade, a member of the Political Judgment commission, said that they want the prosecutor to explain a 2018 opinion in which he opined that the origin of the notebooks of the driver Oscar Centeno was legal.

The main objective of Kirchnerism with the summons of the prosecutor Carlos Stornelli is not to attack his opinion on the illegality of the hacked chats to the Buenos Aires Minister of Security, Marcelo D'Alessandro, but to try again to annul the cause

of the Cuadernos de las Coimas .

This was

explicitly stated by the ultra-Christian deputy and former director of the AFI, Rodolfo Tailhade,

on K radio, saying that he wants the prosecutor to appear before the Impeachment Committee to

"explain the scope of a 2018 opinion"

in which rejected a request from Cristina Kirchner to annul the cause of the Notebooks.

Tailhade opined that Stornelli "

erased with his elbow what he wrote with his hand"

by ruling this year that D'Alessandro's chats had been obtained illegally and then explained the true strategy of Kirchnerism.

"In 2018, he wrote that the Notebooks

were not of illegal origin

," as requested by the lawyer Carlos Beraldi, Tailhade recalled.

Immediately afterwards,

he linked

that old request of the vice president with the current complaint of the businessman Armando Loson, who declared that he was sorry in the case and now alleges that the Notebooks have a part of their "falsified" content.

"If this forgery is proven,

it would be the end of the Cuadernos case

," said the deputy of the Frente de Todos.

The case

is elevated to oral trial

with no start date yet and it will be another complicated process that Cristina will have to face after her sentence to 6 years in prison in the Highway case.

The former director of AFI Counterintelligence linked Stornelli's summons

to the raid carried out last week by federal judge Marcelo Martínez Di Giorgi at the house of retired police officer Jorge Bacigalupo,

who in 2018 handed over to La Nación journalist Diego Cabot the notebooks of his friend and former driver of Roberto Baratta, Oscar Centeno.

In these notebooks Centeno took note of the bribes that Baratta withdrew in cash from business contractors of the State and the dates of the collection, among other details.

Then Stornelli and the late judge Claudio Bonadio

verified

by crossing telephone calls, car license plates and the testimony of witnesses and repentants that most of its content was true.

In this case, Cristina is prosecuted as the alleged head of an illegal association that raised illegal funds for more than 100 million dollars.

In incident 59 of the 2018 Notebooks case, Stornelli rejected Beraldi's request, arguing that

Centeno never complained to the Court about the delivery of his notebooks to a journalist

and that Bacigalupo had not been "an unfaithful depository."

Later, Bonadio validated the rejection.

Tailhade read part of that 2018 Stornelli opinion and said that currently a first expert opinion from the Federal Police

"did not confirm or rule out"

that certain entries in the Notebooks were from Bacigalupo and not from Centeno.

Now "with the results of the raid and a new expert opinion, it could be determined that the Notebooks

were adulterated

and that would be the end of the case," Tailhade said.

Stornelli will not appear today for the second summons in the Impeachment Committee, which has a K majority, because

he enjoys immunity from competition provided for in article 63, subsection C, of Law 27,148 called the Organic Law of the Public Ministry.

And Tailhade announced that, after verifying his non-appearance, he will ask the Attorney General of the Nation, Eduardo Casal,

to initiate a political trial to be able to challenge him and take him to the commission by public force.

In a note sent to Casal, Stornelli cited statements made last week by the Public Confidence deputy, Graciela Ocaña, in which she said that "clearly what is wanted here is to harass the prosecutor Stornelli, perhaps taking revenge for his activity

for

his investigations or because, precisely, he is a prosecutor in some cases that have

some of the members of this commission as

defendants .”

In his turn, he cited the deputy of the Civic Coalition, Juan Manuel López, he specified that Stornelli

has sued the deputy of the Frente de Todos Eduardo Valdés in the case of Operative Puf against the cause of the Cuadernos de las Coimas

, among others.

In this case, it is being investigated how the K prisoners detained in Ezeiza knew

ten days in advance

in 2019 that the false lawyer Marcelo D'Alessio was going to be denounced before the then federal judge of Dolores, Alejo Ramos Padilla.

The K's falsely accused Stornelli of having participated in an extortion attempt by D'Alessio against “retired farmer” Pedro Etchebest.

"So, we are asking that a prosecutor who has sued one of the members of this commission come here because those members want to make

a public mockery

of him, when he has the option of declaring in writing, according to two higher-ranking norms (...)", added Deputy López.

In response to statements by the president of the bicameral Intelligence Commission, the ultra-Christian Leopoldo Moreau, Stornelli clarified to Casal that "

I do not have any judicial matter under study by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation,

despite what Moreau stated, possibly -and in the most benevolent of my assumptions- misinformed”,

judicial sources informed

Clarín .

“Third, I am not and I will not be a reticent witness, contrary to what the President of the Commission referred to at the beginning of the referred Session.

I reiterate here, once again,

my willingness to testify (in writing), in light of the immunity from competition indicated

, ”Stornelli said in the new note to Casal.
