The boss of the right in the Assembly banged his fist on the table on Tuesday, during the group meeting of his troops.

The cropping is increasing.

After the philippists from Horizons, then the macronists from Renaissance, it is the turn of the right.

In a group meeting, this Tuesday in the Assembly, the boss of the LR deputies, Olivier Marleix, was very clear with his troops.

Any deputy who would co-sign a motion of censure would be excluded from the Les Républicains group, he warned according to several participants.

In the line of fire, a motion of censure filed with the elected representatives of the LIOT group (Freedom, Independents, Overseas and Territory).

“Olivier Marleix has announced that anyone who files a motion of censure with LIOT will sit with LIOT”

, confirms an elected official.

A message shared and supported by Eric Ciotti.

The president of the Republicans also recalled that there would be no LR motion on pensions, the party having obtained many points in the negotiation with the government.

For Olivier Marleix and Eric Ciotti, this is a question of consistency.

They would not understand that someone who would sign a motion from another group, in opposition to the pension reform, comes to sit among his people.

For Olivier Marleix and party boss Éric Ciotti, the message is therefore clear: it is important to vote for a pension reform that the right has always defended and demanded, to guarantee the financial balance of the system.

The president of the Republicans also recalled that there would be no LR motion on pensions, the party having obtained many points in the negotiation with the government.

In a group meeting, the LR deputies also discussed the substance of the bill, and in particular the points which can still evolve in a joint joint committee.

This is to take place this Wednesday.
