1. Services for caregivers: Albert and Clotilde

At 62, Stéphane Biron, orthopaedist, realized the enormous needs of family caregivers.

"They are more than 11 million today and this will concern a quarter of the population by 2030"

To help them, he created with his daughter and a friend the company Albert et Clotilde, which he develops under a brand license.

After a first trial in La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée), three agencies opened in Arcachon (Gironde), Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) and Lille (Nord).

Licensees must have a reception point accessible to the disabled and a storage room and employ a qualified nurse and a logistician.

2. Fast food: Les Burgers de Lucien

3. Cleaning services: La Compagnie des lavandières

The latest addition to the OuiCare personal services group, La Compagnie des lavandières provides cleaning, ironing and meal assistance services for individuals.

“There is a strong demand but which is caught up in undeclared work for 40% to 45% of the services”

, notes Lionel Strasbach, delegate director of the network.

After having studied all the brakes of this activity, for the customers, the speakers or the agencies, La Compagnie des lavandières works with full-time permanent workers and a "liberating organization" which gives them greater autonomy. the experience of its 14 branches, the network moved to franchising in 2022 with a first branch in Caen (Calvados).

Ten are planned for the second half of 2023, and 200 to 300 by 2030.

4. Frozen: Ecomiam

Picard favors the sale of ready meals in urban centres.

For its part, in stores located on the outskirts, Écomiam relies on unprocessed and French frozen foods, with an indication of the name of the producer.

The company, founded by Daniel Sauvaget in Brest (Finistère), also plays on transparency on its margins and packaging reduced to the strict minimum.

In 2010, near Lyon, Fabien and Gérard Bully embarked on the manufacture of quality mattresses and box springs "made in France".

“We chose the affiliate commission to limit the investments of our affiliates and that they do not have to manage the stock and the delivery

Maison Senso will set up on the outskirts of towns with more than 40,000 inhabitants.

"Within three years, we want to open 20 affiliated stores."

6. Quebec restaurant: Poutinebros

In 2014, on returning from a trip to Montreal, where their brother Benjamin lives, Nicolas and Camille Gaudin discovered poutine, a Quebec dish made up of fries and cheese topped with a brown sauce.

Back in France, they opened a first Poutinebros restaurant in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), then two others in the Paris region and in Angers (Maine-et-Loire).

Two franchises followed: Brest (Finistère) in October 2022 and Tours (Indre-et-Loire) in January 2023. The network is targeting

“large restaurants in the city center with a minimum of 50 seats”

The brand also offers burgers.

7. Games: Quiz room

8. Ecology: Rainéa

For fifteen years, Gildas Guilloux has specialized in the sanitation, recovery and recovery of rainwater.

“Our main activity, individual sanitation, represents 90% of our turnover,

9. Consulting and training: Yodea

Both an organizational consulting firm and a training organization for companies and industry professions, Yodea Skills and Performance wants to duplicate its economic model.

Created in 2017 by two engineers from the Lille region, the firm is launching a national network of franchisees and aims to recruit four in 2023 in exclusive areas of activity, first in Hauts-de-France, to reach a network of 20 to 30 franchisees in France over the next five years.

“Our future franchisees must have significant and operational experience in the industry sector.

They will be both consultants and trainers.

These are two very complementary activities”

10. Beauty and Wellness: Yumi Studio

Created in 2021, Yumi Studio is based on the cosmetic products of the Yumi brand created in 2016 by Richard and Laurence Roullier, from the world of cosmetics for thirty years.

While franchisees offer the entire range for sale, their core business remains the provision of services by appointment.

“We are targeting commercial business parks and main roads in towns of 50,000 to 70,000 inhabitants

,” says Marlène Bourg, development manager.

Yumi Studio, franchised since 2021, near Saint-Étienne (Loire) and Divonne-les-Bains (Ain), plans to open in 2023 in Tours, Lyon, Pau, Arcachon and Paris.

A salon can reach a turnover of 240,000 euros after three years.
