The Guanajuato Prosecutor's Office reported this Thursday that "they have found indications" that suggest that some of the six women disappeared on March 7 in the Celaya municipality could be dead.
The authorities did not specify who the victims are or how many died: they limited themselves to saying that in the last 36 hours they carried out a series of operations "where unfortunately we have found indications that some of them were deprived of their lives," said prosecutor Carlos Zamarripa. aguirre.
There are a dozen detainees, he indicated.

Local media reported the disappearance of Mariana Gutiérrez Guzmán, 19, Yoselin Daniela Zamorano Macías, 20, Sandra Daniela Paredes González, 24, Paulina Berenice Reséndiz Martínez, 25, Rosa María Ramírez Ayala, 42, and Gabriela Barbosa Ruiz, 48.
"We have not ruled out anything at this time," the official replied when asked by a reporter whether the case was being investigated as human trafficking.

"We are very clear that
the circumstances for which they were deprived of their freedom were initially a very serious event
of which we have to reach the final consequences," said the prosecutor without specifying whether it was a kidnapping.
He also did not clarify if they were together at the time of his disappearance.
Until now it has only been said that they were on the road to San José de Guanajuato the last time they were seen.
It is also unclear if they knew each other or if they are separate crimes.
