The singer Avril Lavigne was one of the stars of the Juno Awards gala, which was held last Monday, March 13, in Edmonton, Canada.

The protester had several graffiti on her body that suggest that her action was a protest against the controversial proposal of the Ontario government to build houses on protected land.

Some of the messages scrawled on the woman's body read "save the green belt," "take back the land," and "stop cutting down trees now."
