Daniela Mazur, the friend of Daria Leitel who was allegedly murdered by her husband Josiah, said today (Friday) in a conversation with Walla!
about the relationship between the two.
"She knew that separating from her husband would not be easy and said she would do it soon, she even looked for a new place to live. Their relationship was not normal, she did not get what she deserved, but she stayed because of the girls," she said.
"I didn't like the quality of life she was living, she knew she had to leave her husband but was looking for the right timing," continued Daniela.
"I can't digest. I saw it on the news and came to the arena hoping it wasn't her. Yesterday she was with me until 7:00 p.m. There was no fear that anything would happen to her, otherwise I wouldn't have allowed her to go and told her to stay with me. She was an amazing person, a devoted mother of three Her daughters are beautiful inside and out. She studied psychology and Spanish and had plans for the future. She sacrificed herself for her daughters so that they would not be harmed."

A police officer who arrived at the scene of the murder said that the couple were known to the police and social services from previous complaints.
According to him, an indictment for threats was filed against the spouse suspected of murder in March of last year and the proceedings are still ongoing in court.
"The children were at home at the time of the incident, although it is not clear if they saw the horrors," said the policeman.
"The children were transferred to family members and the welfare services."
Meanwhile, the court extended until Thursday the arrest of the spouse suspected of murder.
Lawyer Naji Amar, who represents the suspect on behalf of the public defender, said: "This is a tragic incident. The husband is cooperating with the investigators. We will wait for the police to finish the investigation."
