He was nothing like a superhero.
Quite the contrary.
He was even a danger to those who met him on the road.
In Vendée, a driver made up as Spider-Man, was arrested by the gendarmes for
"due to risky, even dangerous driving"
, they indicate in a publication on the social network Facebook posted online Thursday.
In this one, they come back to this “surprise check”.

The facts took place on the evening of Saturday March 10 in the vicinity of the town of Fontenay-le-Comte.
The gendarmes of the local brigade, alerted by the Operations and Intelligence Center of the Gendarmerie (Corg) of the Vendée, proceeded to check the vehicle with suspicious driving.
They then find themselves face to face with...Spider-Man!
Or rather a pale copy with regard to the costume chosen and the behavior of this one.
Almost 2 grams
The individual explained to the gendarmes that he had disguised himself to go to a party with a friend to whom he wanted to surprise.
"Although a superhero with an international reputation, he was subjected to the usual checks"
, write with mischief the police in their report of intervention.

The driver's blood alcohol test was positive.
It was 0.94 mg per liter of air expressed, or 1.88 g per liter of blood.
A figure well beyond the authorized limit.
The consequence was immediate.
"Spider-Man left without his driver's license and without his vehicle"
, indicate the gendarmes.
Nothing indicates whether he then went to his friend's house by moving thanks to the projection of his cobwebs.
One thing is certain: before leaving, the individual agreed to pose for the gendarmes who kept a memory of this improbable control.
If the latter highlight this event, they also take the opportunity to recall the safety rules on the road which
"are binding on all"
and in particular that the maximum tolerated alcohol level is 0.25 mg / l of air (0.10 mg/l of air for probationary permits).
