The Republicans will not emerge unscathed from a pension reform imposed as their divisions have found a new opportunity to rebound.
Thursday, after the announcement of 49.3 by Elisabeth Borne, the LR deputies met to discuss the motion of censure.
Among those who wanted to drop one in LR colors, a dozen elected officials: Aurélien Pradié, Fabien Di Filippo, Pierre-Henri Dumont, Ian Boucard, Julien Dive, Pierre Cordier, Francis Dubois… The group rejected the idea in agreement with the official line defined by the LR presidency.
But that won't stop some MPs from voting on other groups' motions on Monday.
Barely returned to his Moselle lands, Fabien Di Filippo explained his position: “
I will vote for the motions of censure that will be submitted to us within forty-eight hours, wherever they come from… It is the only tool to our disposition to sanction what I consider to be a fault of the executive, which weakens our country and the work...
