A student had to undergo emergency surgery.
Munich – The Munich police are currently dealing with a suspected sexual offense.
The incident happened at the strong beer festival on Nockherberg, according to the police.
On Thursday (March 16) a 24-year-old was there with several friends.

The 24-year-old came back around 11 p.m. clearly “confused and bleeding heavily from going to the toilet”.
According to the police, she was immediately taken to a hospital in Munich by the emergency services.
She was so badly injured that the doctors had to operate on her.
A first search was unsuccessful, and the questioning of witnesses did not lead to a perpetrator.
The police are assuming a sexual offense "due to the overall situation" and the relevant police department has taken over the investigation.
The woman is a student residing in the Dachau district.
Kripo asks for witnesses
Commissariat 15 (sexual offences) took over the investigation and is asking witnesses to come forward.
"People who can provide relevant information are asked to contact the Munich police headquarters, Kommissariat 15, Tel. 089/2910-0, or any other police station."
