rookie test

"We finished the day. 142 laps between yesterday and today.
I am approved: I am going to run the second date of the IndyCar in Texas
," the four-time Carrera Tourism champion announced on his social networks.
Canapino passed the test.
On board the car 78 of the Juncos team.
Through a video, the arreciefeño said that "it has been two days and an unforgettable test."
"I have sensations that are impossible to describe. But here we go. Now to prepare hard for my first experience, what will be my first time in an oval race," he reinforced.
The rookie test is a mandatory test that IndyCar performs on drivers who have no experience on this type of circuit.
"There is no way to explain what it feels like.
I had never experienced anything close or similar
," acknowledged the multiple Argentine tourism champion.

Now we have to face the race, with another 26 cars, passing 370 km/h wheel to wheel
. Risky? Yes, very, but at the same time, a unique challenge that motivates me a lot," added Canapino, whose first challenge will have it in two weeks at Texas Motor Speedway.
On March 5, the driver of Ricardo Juncos' team, also from Argentina, made his IndyCar debut with a 12th place in a race full of accidents held on the street in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
