The president of the Molise Region Donato Toma resigns as commissioner to Acta of regional health.
He himself announced it during a press conference at Palazzo Vitale.
Toma specified that he will register the letter with his decision to leave office on Monday morning.
"On Monday morning I will register my resignation with the Government and the Ministries of Health and the Economy. It is enough to be a Commissioner to give extreme unction to Molise health care, I prefer instead to fight as president for its resurrection".

From the president harsh words against the government.
"I worked with my head held high - he says - back straight and hands free, I suffered slander, delegitimization and threats, I touched things I shouldn't have touched and I am aware that I will pay a very high political price for this".
Toma points the finger at the agreement of recent days between the commissioner structure and Gemelli Molise on radiotherapy.
"An agreement - he protests - in which I did not participate, to which I did not give my assent, signed by those who had no legitimacy and in contrast with a previous commissioner's decree. Even on private individuals, the government did not want to intervene to find solutions I will therefore return to my political role and will go to Rome as president to defend the reasons for health care in Molise".
For Toma al Molise, the government's support was lacking.
"At the technical table for verifying the deficit recovery plan, I found an inflexibility on the part of the ministries that stops at nothing. Yesterday we were denied 300 thousand euros for the 118 and I will be forced to cancel two other stations in the area ".
Finally, the question of the sub-commissioner.
"Deputy Giacomo Papa was forced to resign and for the appointment of the new one, Marco Bonamico, I was not even heard from".
