The Municipality of Cento, in the province of Ferrara, has decided to sanction the families of young people who are held responsible for bullying.
In the new urban police regulation of the Municipality, which will be voted on March 22, article 7 bis has been introduced, divided into six paragraphs, which essentially introduces the possibility for the Administration to contest an administrative fine from 100 to 300 euros to those who have parental authority over children who may have to maintain attitudes in and outside school that can "constitute prejudice for urban safety and harm to civil coexistence".
