A 35-year-old woman was raped in the middle of the street in Pré-Saint-Gervais (Seine-Saint-Denis), Saturday March 18 shortly before midnight, Le Figaro learned from a
police
source.
The 30-year-old was leaving the “Porte des Lilas” metro station and walking back to her home.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the victim was followed by an individual in his forties to Avenue Jean-Jaurès.

The individual in question assaulted and then raped the 30-year-old at a bus stop before fleeing.
Very shocked, the victim was taken to the medico-judicial unit (UMJ) of the Jean-Verdier hospital in Bondy (Seine-Saint-Denis) to undergo examinations.
A police investigation is underway.
