On video: 15 years in prison for a young man from Be'er Sheva who was convicted of sexual offenses against children (Yoav Itiel)
An indictment was filed against Dimitri Rubani, a 38-year-old pedophile from Bat Yam, for an indecent act on an 11-year-old girl, which he committed while under supervision, the prosecutor's office announced today (Monday).
Rubani was previously convicted of sexual offenses and was forbidden to approach places where minors are, contact them, drink alcohol and possess pornographic material.
According to the indictment, Rubani arrived at the school after drinking several bottles of beer, while there was an activity of a youth movement.
So, according to the accusations against him, he turned to one of the girls who were playing there and asked her to come with him - when she refused, he pulled her against her consent and touched her private parts.
He then picked her up and sat her next to him against her consent.
He was previously convicted of sexual offenses.

The indictment states that the 11-year-old escaped from him when another boy passed by - so Rubani ran away from the school.
In the request to extend the detention, it is said that the guides in the activity chased him after the children described to them what he looked like, and caught him.
When he noticed the police car, he tried to hide the phone in his possession, which had videos and photos with pedophile content.
The lawyer Ariela Navon, who filed the indictment, said that "his actions show the high level of danger that is perceived by him and the sexual urges that control him, which he clearly lacks any ability to avoid fulfilling."
