At the end of an investigation carried out in 2018 by the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN), nine police officers from the Nancy night BAC had been sent to justice for moral harassment at work and non-public racial insults towards four of their coworkers.

Their four fellow victims had recounted their "
ordeal

One of them had mentioned his “
stigmatization

The only female victim and fourth plaintiff had evoked “

Three of the ten defendants had been acquitted at the end of the first trial.
