Philip Kyle: “Charles III bets on Europe”

INTERVIEW – The biographer points out that the sovereign's first trips outside the United Kingdom were not devoted to Commonwealth countries, unlike those of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.


Philip Kyle, 40, is the son of British parents who emigrated to France.

He worked for nearly three years for Prince Charles's foundation, The Prince's Trust, before taking charge of communications for the BBC and directing that of the international news channel Euronews.

Living today in Lyon, he is the author of the French biography
