On video: blockade of Ayalon lanes as part of a demonstration against the legal revolution (Yotam Ronan, Niv Aharonson)
Member of Knesset Eli Dellal from the Likud today (Monday) joined the call of his party members Yuli Edelstein and David Bitan in calling for a halt to the legal revolution legislation.
"I am calling to stop everything and to sit down and talk even with those who don't want to talk, to create a truce," Dellal said at the industrialists' conference.
"Negotiation with ourselves is not a right thing, softening with ourselves is not a right thing."
Three MKs in Likud have so far called for the legislation to be stopped. On the other hand, several other MKs in Likud have expressed strong opposition to softening the laws of the revolution - such as Danny Danon, Dodi Amsalem, Tali Gottlieb and Moshe Saada.
Today, the Likud faction will meet to discuss the softened outline that the coalition leaders presented last night against the background of the opposing internal voices.
