A dramatic video showing a Russian fighter jet intercepting two American nuclear bombers over the Baltic Sea was circulated on the networks just days after Russian fighter jets intercepted an American drone. The Russian Ministry of Defense said

Russia said that its fighter jet was launched to prevent a border violation and added: "After the foreign fighter jet moved away from the border, the Russian fighter jet returned to its base."
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the flight was in accordance with the international laws of the use of airspace.
