"Fake news destroys every good plot" - Voila! native

When doctors spread fake news with the aim of politically discrediting in a broad context, without checking simple facts, and without caring how many people will be hurt along the way, it is ugly and above all unprofessional

The big problem with spreading "fake news" is the harm to people who believe it and sometimes make wrong decisions based on the lies they hear.

When a child spreads "fake news", filled.

To say that I stopped the budget for the program to eradicate crime in Arab society, just because the organization that helps is "leftist" is a blatant lie.

As in dozens of decisions I made and people who liked less put out lies, here too they invented a lie and spread it for their own pleasure.

Another recent example is, of course, the "electronic handcuffing" law, about which they spread the lie that I approved handcuffing only after a third conviction, when it is clear that this is an idiotic lie: no one has yet heard the details of the legislation that I intend to submit, I held discussions in my offices with women's organizations and men's organizations, I intend to sit down with the office as well Welfare and with the public defender's office, but I ask myself what the connection is with a third conviction?!

How did they come to such a conclusion?

So why did I stop the funding for an association that is supposed to stop crime?

As with the electronic shackle, also in this case of examining the campaign in the Arab sector: I promised to do everything to take care of personal safety on the streets, and to reduce crime in Arab society.

I promised and I have already started to keep it: just last night, MK Yitzhak Kreuzer of my faction passed a law that would allow the removal of the illegal weapons in the Arab sector, with which many, many, many people and women have been murdered in recent years. So why did I stop the funding to the same

association that is supposed to work to stop crime? Not because it is a "leftist association", thank you for asking. I stopped the funding because when an organization promises a certain activity, but does not submit reports on the progress of the activity and does not show any progress (I did not demand proof of successes! Who like me knows that changes in the field take time), there is no point Funding it for nothing, just to tell ourselves how humane we are, because here, we have poured a lot of money into the activities of an association, even if there is a fear that there is not that much activity on the ground, and it is not certain that the little that exists is effective and good.

Maybe for doctors who sit in the ivory tower and deal with theories most of their lives, a theoretical program that sounds nice is enough, but for me and for every person who also lives the practical life and the field, it is important to have real, practical work as well.

Stopping crime in the Arab sector is very important to me

I know that the various associations got used to the fact that the previous minister did not really function and it was easy to get budgets and approvals without proof of practical activity, and it was enough to have a nice name for the program, but for me you have to get used to checking, investigating, asking for answers, asking without believing false "quotes" and fake news, Without building complete theories on a phrase sucked from the finger, and prefers to invest budgets on practical, accurate and efficient plans.

Stopping crime in the Arab sector is very important to me.

To this day, in some places where the police did not exist and the wild west is in full swing: you have to think outside the box to stop the blood and that's what I've been doing for the past two months.
