It is a service where it is difficult to recruit, where sick leave is increasing and when people are on strike, it is in post.
Thus, while five strikers were requisitioned in the Saint-André emergency room, there are none on the Pellegrin site.

to initiate negotiations
”: with the filing of this strike notice, the management of the Bordeaux University Hospital is obliged to receive them within five days.
The FO and CGT representatives nevertheless refused the meeting offered to them.

Staff representative for the Sud Santé union, Gilbert Mouden is skeptical about the tactics adopted by his colleagues.
