The procedural situation of
Martín Santiago Del Río (48)
, accused of murdering his parents last August in the Vicente López house where they lived, became more complicated this Tuesday after it was confirmed that

After a survey of biological samples, fingerprints and DNA;
Prosecutors Marcela Semeria, Martín Gomez and Alejandro Musso reported that "the Mini Thunder model Bersa weapon found in the house was the one used" to kill José Enrique Del Río (75) and María Mercedes Alonso (72).
They also reveal that Del Río "after having carried out the act, he went back to the San Diego neighborhood with the weapon in question, the place where he had previously taken it from, leaving it inside a locked safe along with other weapons belonging to Enrique Del Río. in order to hide their steps"
