One of the senior advisers of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed, has arrived in Israel and will meet today (Tuesday) with Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Herzog, according to two senior Israeli officials.
The Emirati official is Khaldoun Al-Mubarak, the chairman of the Abu Dhabi investment fund "Mubadala" and the owner of the Manchester City soccer team.
