– A 78-year-old who was caught on Monday on the train journey from Freising to Munich at around 12.30 p.m. without a valid ticket will now have to answer for misogynist and racist insults.
According to the federal police, when the 24-year-old train attendant checked him, he reacted with racist insults.

provisionally arrested
Federal police officers then temporarily arrested the man at Munich Central Station.
There he insulted a 33-year-old officer with misogynist statements and a 22-year-old police officer because of the color of his skin.
The federal police are now investigating the 78-year-old for fraudulently obtaining benefits, insults and incitement to hatred.
