Request to withdraw money as soon as possible is successful

The suspect would have had a piece of paper with the personal details of the woman from Dachau.

The injured party can only protect the money in the bank account from misappropriation by withdrawing it as quickly as possible and handing it over to the police in a contactless transfer.

After the woman was kept on the phone for hours, police said she finally agreed and withdrew 40,000 euros from her account.

She put the money in a cloth bag and left it in front of her apartment door.

The suspect was able to pick up the bag some time later without being noticed.
