The Government, union representatives and employers agreed on Tuesday in the Salary Council on a
staggered quarterly increase of 26.5%
in the minimum, vital and mobile salary, which will reach
$87,987
in June and will impact the amount of the Potentiate plans, which 1.3 million people receive.
According to the understanding reached, the current salary floor of $69,500 will rise 15.6% from April to reach $80,342, from May the increase will be 6% and will reach $84,512, while the final tranche of the 5% rise will be applied from June and the minimum will advance to $87,987.
In turn, in July the members of the Salary Council will sit down to discuss a new increase.
